We have specialized in residential property financing since 1993. Through DN Kreditabwicklung GmbH, we have been serving thousands of satisfied customers for over 20 years.

To meet this growing demand, managing directors Ralph Decker and Silvia Nahler founded b4c consulting GmbH in 2017 as a partner company of DN Kreditabwicklung GmbH. On the one hand, b4c consulting focuses on meeting the growing demand for personal advice through a highly motivated and continuously expanding team, supported by virtual and mobile communication tools. On the other hand, b4c consulting GmbH extends its advisory services throughout Austria, whereas DN Kreditabwicklung GmbH had primarily focused on the greater Vienna area.
